We believe that cultivating personal and team strengths is the key to success. While that statement may seem obvious, we find that most performance management programs spend too much time trying to improve on things someone doesn’t do well.
Our StrengthsFinder sessions will help align individual strengths to the needs of the team. Teammates will have a renewed appreciation for each other and know how to use each other’s strengths to achieve success.
Five Factor Model
There are a number of personality inventories and assessments. We’ve taken most of them! We’ve found those built on the “five factor” or “big 5” models are the most grounded in mathematics and science. The Five Factor Model is traits-based, meaning it helps ourselves and others understand how we behave in different situations. These traits are shown on a continuum, which can help identify nuance and avoid broad categorization.
You may want to use the Five Factor Model when making external hiring decisions, planning career progression, or when conducting succession planning. A new manager may also benefit from understanding results of their team members.
